Three. The number of times you should try a class before deciding if you like it or not.

 

 

The first time will often be awkward, especially if it’s completely new to you. You’ll be using your head more than your body, focused more on following and keeping up than working hard. You may go the wrong way, you may get confused at times, make mistakes and it’s all ok and will be much better the second class and you’ll be able to get out of your heard and feel the workout and have more fun by the third class. That’s when you’ll have a better feel for it and can make a better decision to continue or try something else.
