Be courteous.
- Share space and equipment with your fellow class participants; there’s enough room and equipment for everyone, only use what you need
- Put your things away neatly after class and wipe down your space and equipment if you left sweat drops or a sweat puddle
- If you have a favourite spot in the room and it’s taken, find a new spot for this time
- Keep any small personal items out of the way and leave bags, phones and other unnecessary items in your locker
- Be clean and smell fresh – clothes and body
- Be quiet when waiting outside a class that is in progress, especially if it’s quiet in the class. Be quiet when your instructor is addressing the group
- Wait for the class before you to exit before entering
- Welcome and help new participants; you were new once too
