Say yes to trying new activities, exercise moves, classes, etc. You have nothing to lose by trying. Worst case: you won’t like it and you’ll try something else. Best case: you will love it. Trying something new doesn’t require long-term commitment. Although it’s good and wise to give a new activity more than one chance but if you really hate it, you can just walk away and never look back.
