Even professionals need professionals sometimes. As a fitness pro, when people ask me about nutrition or aches and pains, the best advice I can give is to speak to a dietician or doctor because those aren’t my areas of expertise.
I have now reached a point where I need a little extra help from someone more knowledgeable and experienced in sports nutrition than I am. I want to be sure that my body is getting the right nutrition for its needs. By eating right for the amount of activity I do should improve my energy and my performance and ,as a bonus, I hope to lean out a little bit and expose more muscle definition.
So here I am, embarking on my Operation Nutrition with the help of Corey from Corey’s Lean Living. You can follow my journey and progress here. I’ll keep you updated with some challenges and learnings and I’ll spare you the play by play commentary of everything I eat, feel and do.
